Relationship Marketing in health service market in a view of the research conducted in 2013 on area of Lower Silesia
The purpose of this article is to evaluation of the use of marketing principles in medical facilities based on marketing research carried out among Managers of those institutions on the area of Lower Silesia. Through the information received in the survey the author presents scientific aspect of a relationship marketing concept. The research was conducted on a sample of 200 medical facilities in which reproducibility of patients visits occurs. The research was carried out in the turn of July and August 2013.
